An applicant for employment, Jeffrey Hill (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), filed a lawsuit against National Carwash Solutions, Inc.; NCS Vehicle Care, Inc.; T.S.S. LLC; and Vacuum Technologies, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment. The lawsuit, Hill v. National Carwash Solutions, Inc. et al., Case No. 25-2-08133-8 SEA (the “Lawsuit”) is pending in King County Superior Court. Plaintiff claimed in the lawsuit that Defendants’ job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and/or general description of benefits being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendants dispute Plaintiff’s claims and contend they have not violated any law and Plaintiff’s claims are without merit.
The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendants violated the law.
